Nicholas is once again sailing in the ODU Summer Program. Here, Nick is skippering the #10 boat - jockeying for a good position on the windward buoy. He is having a great time - I'm loving the photo opportunities.

ODU Camp
For the 2nd consecutive year, Nicholas has attended the ODU Sailing Camp. This year was especially fun as one of his buds went with him.

Kayaking Pretty Lake
This afternoon, we dropped the kayaks into pretty lake. The water was cool - no jellyfish and there was hardly any wind. The photo frame in the 2nd picture was made in photoshop .... pixel by pixel.

Coming Soon To a Theater Near You!
Nick had a whole two days of Summer Vacation before he was put into his newest accessory - a cast. According to Dr. Quackers, he should get some pain relief because he won't be moving the ankle or foot for the rest of June. Hopefully that works! Stay tuned as the saga continues.

BIKE DA BEACH
One of our favorite activities is riding the bikes. We loaded everyone up and went to the Boardwalk in Virginia Beach and rode from 1st Street to 40th Street and back. The kids did well!

TAKE ME OUT TO THE BALL PARK
So the kids are on Spring Break, Sean is on vacation - what better to do than take in a Tides game! Well maybe cramming a couple of hot ones down the ole hatch!

COLLEGE SAILING
This weekend, the Yale Sailing Team was in town to compete with East Coast colleges in a regatta. Chris Segerblom, a freshman skipper from the team (also Sean's cousin) was part of the crew. Nicholas, Grandad and Sean got to meet up with the team and watch some of the cold water fun.

X-Ray Vision
Nicholas wrecked his ankle playing baseball last week. Today, we headed to the Dr. to see what the damage was. Luckily, it is not broken - only strained. As a souvenir, we got to keep the x-ray.
